Your Tasks
- Continuous development and optimization of the Business Continuity Management System (BCMS)
- Independent design, preparation, and facilitation of risk analyses and Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) for business-critical processes
- Preparation and ongoing maintenance of documentation, policies, emergency concepts, and recovery plans in compliance with current regulatory requirements
- Organization and coordination of emergency exercises and crisis simulations
- Development and delivery of BCM training measures as well as continuous awareness initiatives
- Coordination and diligent handling of the department’s central email inbox
- Collegial support of the team and taking on deputy responsibilities to ensure smooth operations within the department
Your Profile
- Completed education, ideally with a focus on Business Continuity, Information Technology, Process Management, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of practical experience in the field of Business Continuity Management
- Experience with alerting software and ServiceNow is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking and a passion for developing creative and sustainable solutions
- High level of self-motivation and the ability to independently and systematically tackle complex tasks
- Strong communication skills and the ability to align different interests and coordinate them effectively
- Enthusiasm for interdisciplinary exchange and continuous dialogue with internal departments, as well as external partners and suppliers
- Very good German and English skills, both written and spoken

Our mission
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 55.300,--Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
