Information on the procedure of complaint handling

The complaints office collects all necessary information in order to clarify the complaint. The Vienna Insurance Group or its relevant subsidiary communicate these to the complainant in an intelligible language. An initial response to the complaint follows immediately and within an appropriate timeframe the complaint is handled. In case of delays, an interim report is send to the complainant and if possible, an indication of when to expect the resolution of the complaint is given. If the resolution does not fully match the complainant´s claims, Vienna Insurance Group or ist relevant subsidiary will give a detailed reasoning for their position.
