For the fifth time already, the consulting company Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has published the BCG Austria Gender Diversity Index. And we received the "Diversity All-Star" award and 79.4 out of 100 possible points.

Naturally, we are very pleased about this, because we strive to meet all requirements and to become better every day. In its study, BCG analyses the 50 largest listed companies in Austria every year. The proportion of women on the management board and supervisory board and their remuneration compared to their male colleagues are decisive for their performance in the index.
