Vienna Insurance Group, in cooperation with BNY Mellon as depositary bank, has set up a Sponsored Level I American Depositary Receipts (ADR) Programme.

For several years now, we have had a significant investor base in the U.S. With the sponsored ADR programme Vienna Insurance Group is making a clear commitment to investors in the United States, who are looking to benefit from an investment in a leading CEE insurance company.

American Depositary Receipts are negotiable U.S. certificates denominated in U.S. dollars and issued by an U.S. depositary bank that represent a certain number of deposited shares of a non-U.S. company and are traded on the U.S. securities market.

The ADRs of the Vienna Insurance Group are traded over the counter (OTC) under the symbol VNRFY in U.S. dollars. Five ADRs represent one VIG share.
