Your Tasks
- Support in the planning process of profit and loss as well as IT-costs at service-level
- Support the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process
- Enhance and maintain reporting systems, particularly for IT services including contribution margin and plan-actual comparisons
- Enhance reports for Management and other stakeholders
- Collaborate with the relevant departments of VIG Holding on annual service pricing and billing to the group’s CEE companies
- Contribute to group-wide IT billing processes, including data preparation, invoice issuance, and process improvements
Your Profile
- Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Strong knowledge of reporting, invoicing and budgeting processes
- Experience with standard IT finance and controlling software (e.g., SAP FI CO, SAP CO PS, SAP BW, SAP SAC, SAP SD, ServiceNow); advanced MS Excel skills
- Ideally, experience in regulated industries or in the insurance sector
- Structured and team-oriented working style, strong initiative, and a hands-on mentality
- Precise work ethics and strong presentation and facilitation skills
- Commitment and motivation to drive changes, a confident demeanor, and resilience
- Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional CEE languages are an advantage

Our mission
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 56.854,-. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
