Your Tasks

  • Support in the planning process of profit and loss as well as IT-costs at service-level
  • Support the monthly, quarterly and year-end closing process
  • Enhance and maintain reporting systems, particularly for IT services including contribution margin and plan-actual comparisons
  • Enhance reports for Management and other stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the relevant departments of VIG Holding on annual service pricing and billing to the group’s CEE companies
  • Contribute to group-wide IT billing processes, including data preparation, invoice issuance, and process improvements

Your Profile

  • Degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
  • Strong knowledge of reporting, invoicing and budgeting processes
  • Experience with standard IT finance and controlling software (e.g., SAP FI CO, SAP CO PS, SAP BW, SAP SAC, SAP SD, ServiceNow); advanced MS Excel skills
  • Ideally, experience in regulated industries or in the insurance sector
  • Structured and team-oriented working style, strong initiative, and a hands-on mentality
  • Precise work ethics and strong presentation and facilitation skills
  • Commitment and motivation to drive changes, a confident demeanor, and resilience
  • Excellent communication skills in German and English; additional CEE languages are an advantage

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 56.854,-. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
