Your Tasks
- As part of the IT Strategy & Governance division, you will play a key role as a Change Manager in (digital) transformation and (IT) change management projects and activities, and will support relevant organizational development, team, and process changes (both within the organization and across the group).
- As part of the Change Management and Communications team, you will support change projects and initiatives for various stakeholder groups—from the initial impact analysis through to sustainable implementation.
- You will work hands-on on the development and implementation of concrete change measures, bringing a strong user-oriented mindset to the process.
- You will ensure compliance with existing change management and organizational governance frameworks and responsibly drive their ongoing development.
- You will act as a point of contact and sparring partner for various stakeholder groups (in Austria and internationally). In doing so, you communicate clearly, in a target-group-oriented and solution-oriented manner.
- You support the design of processes, methods, and tools in change management and actively contribute to the further development, standardization, and implementation of relevant standards.
- You actively contribute your work experience; ideally, you already have experience in the IT field (preferably in the insurance industry).
- You are a team player, contribute your own ideas, and help to further develop change management and communication within our company
- You have experience working with people and with various change management and communication approaches
Your Profile
- A degree (with a focus on business administration, project management, business or organizational psychology, change management, communication, or a related field) or equivalent work experience; experience with relevant tools (PowerPoint, possibly graphic design tools)
- Completion of a certified training program in change management (e.g., Prosci/ADKAR, systemic change management, organizational development) is a plus
- At least 2–3 years of relevant professional experience—ideally in organizational development, change management, and/or communication
- Strategic thinking, hands-on implementation skills, personal responsibility, and a solution-oriented approach
- Strong communication skills, an open personality, and excellent teamwork skills

Our mission
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 55.356,-. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
