Your Tasks
Standardization & Framework Development
- Designing and continuously developing standards for IT change initiatives.
- Developing flexible and scalable standards for IT projects and programs of various sizes and complexities.
- Co-shaping and driving the functional governance of the PPM tool landscape based on ServiceNow.
- Collaborating closely with operational teams and relevant governance units during process and methodology design.
- Ensuring alignment with stakeholders and VIG-Holding guidelines.
Quality Assurance Reporting & Compliance
- Establishing data-driven quality controls (KPIs) to monitor and ensure compliance with standards throughout the IT demand, project, and portfolio lifecycle.
- Reviewing and optimizing data quality within ServiceNow.
- Conducting regular and ad-hoc reviews of selected IT change initiatives.
- Proactively identifying process deviations and optimizing potential to drive the steady advancement of the governance framework.
Community and Knowledge Management, Enablement & Advisory
- Creating, maintaining and preparing relevant documents for VIG IT Demand and Portfolio Management
- Designing, preparing, and conducting modern training measures and workshops for internal stakeholders.
- Acting as a trusted sounding board, advisor and coach on all methodological and procedural questions.
- Fostering regular best-practice exchanges to break down silos and strengthen collective project expertise.
Your Profile
- University degree in Informatics, Business Administration or comparable fields of study.
- Five plus years of experience in IT project or portfolio management.
- Experience in an international corporate environment.
- Profound methodological knowledge in IT project management (traditional/waterfall, agile and hybrid)
- Practical experience with portfolio management systems, ideally sound user knowledge of ServiceNow SPM.
- Excellent communication, moderation and negotiation skills when collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Highly structured, analytical and goal-oriented approach to work.

Our mission
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 70.000,--. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
