Your Tasks

IT Demand Management

  • Supporting the demand lifecycle from initial Intake to routing for delivery teams.
  • Facilitation communication between business requesters, IT Service Owners , and Project Managers for effort estimations.
  • Providing hands-on-support throughout the demand pricess.
  • Assisting with TP project-approvals, analytical requests, and provisioning required cost-booking elements. 
  • Facilitating a smooth and complete handover of approved demands to IT Project Managers.
  • Supporting the dedicated Governance role in continuously improving the Demand and Portfolio framework.

IT Portfolio & Budget Planning Support

  • Moderating and coordination annual and quarterly IT portfolio and budged planing.
  • Aggregating and organizing business-driven and internal IT demands to help shape the annual portfolio.
  • Acting as a bridge to align accounting topics with finance and preparing necessary data for procurement.
  • Preparing data-driven planning materials and decision proposals for management and steering committees.

IT Portfolio Coordination & Budget Tracking

  • Monitoring IT portfolio budget utilization against financial targets and change budgets to flag potential issues.
  • Facilitating alignment between business departments, IT Service Owners, and IT Finance on budget topics.
  • Supporting the moderation and negotiation of a prioritized IT change roadmap during resource or budget constraints.
  • Supporting data quality maintenance to ensure portfolio tools serve as a reliable "Single Source of Truth."

IT Portfolio Reporting & Insights

  • Compiling and distributing regular reports on portfolio status, progress, budgets, risks, and resource allocation.
  • Collaborating with IT Finance to assist in IT change controlling and financial tracking.
  • Preparing and updating KPI-based dashboards to provide transparency for senior management and committees.
  • Preparing flexible, on-demand portfolio insights and data views tailored to various stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • University degree in (Business) Informatics, Business Administration, or a comparable qualification.
  • At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in IT project and program management, IT portfolio management, or requirements engineering.
  • Profound methodological knowledge in IT project management (traditional/waterfall, agile, and hybrid) as well as IT portfolio management.
  • Practical experience with portfolio management systems, ideally sound user knowledge of ServiceNow.
  • Excellent communication and moderation skills when collaborating with diverse stakeholder groups.
  • A highly structured, analytical, and goal-oriented approach to work.
  • Proven experience within an international corporate environment.
  • Insucrance know how advantageous.

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 70.000,--. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
