Your Tasks
Experienced colleagues will introduce you to underwriting step by step. You will gain insights into the risks associated with major companies and learn how to optimally cover our customers' risks with tailor-made solutions.
- Support in the creation and management of individual insurance policies for large industrial customers (focus: fire/all risk)
- Assessment, evaluation, and analysis of risks — particularly in the area of fire and natural hazards
- Collaboration in premium calculation and contract drafting using modern tools
- Participation in customer meetings and negotiations
- Documentation and administration in various IT systems
Your Profile
- Completed training (commercial or technical) – HTL or HAK also welcome
- Initial professional experience in back office, ideally with complex data or contracts
- Interest in industrial insurance solutions and a strong willingness to learn the underwriter role Strong analytical skills and numerical understanding
- Independent, structured, and accurate way of working
- Strong communication skills, decisiveness, and team and service orientation
- Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel); SAP skills are an advantage

Our mission
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,000.00 gross on the basis of full-time employment (38,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
