Your Tasks

  • Advisory and Support: Provide expert advice and support to our insurance companies in Austria and abroad on IFRS-related issues and specialized topics, ensuring they remain up to date with current standards
  • Proactive IFRS Development: Actively monitor IFRS developments and proactively support the implementation of IFRS changes across the Group, enabling agile adaptation to new standards
  • Governance Excellence: Continuously develop and update internal governance documentation to ensure the highest quality standards in IFRS-related matters
  • ESG Reporting: Collaborate closely with the ESRS team to ensure a coherent and meaningful presentation of ESG-related disclosures
  • IFRS Project Management: Actively contribute to internal and international IFRS projects
  • Documentation and Reporting: Prepare comprehensive documentation and create ad-hoc reports in a professional manner to ensure clear and transparent communication
  • Responsibility for Consolidation and IFRS Topics: Independently take responsibility for selected consolidation tasks and apply your IFRS expertise in a targeted and effective way
  • Team Player with Additional Responsibilities: Support your team with your expertise and take on additional tasks flexibly as required

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree, ideally with a focus on Accounting or Auditing
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in a comparable position
  • Completed IFRS qualification or equivalent practical experience is an advantage
  • Open-minded personality with a strong team spirit and enjoyment of collaborative work
  • Strong affinity for numbers and analytical thinking, combined with a solution-oriented approach
  • Very good German language skills are required; business-fluent English skills

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 248,7 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible. This position is a parental leave cover.
