The Group-wide VIG Sustainability Programme consists of five components – definition of sustainability, ambition, the six spheres of impact, the governance of the program and the anchoring in the Group - and aims to further strengthen sustainability as part of the business model. The programme specifically addresses environmental and social elements in light of the fact that profitability and governance are already comprehensively defined in the VIG 25 strategy program and in our corporate responsibility.

Sponsorship for the 2nd year of the “Do Good, Be a Hero for the Planet!” competition, where we also participated as a jury member, supporting educational institutions in developing creative projects on climate change and environmental protection.
Planting an avenue of 18 trees in Stari Aerodrom, Podgorica, in cooperation with Zelenilo and the Do Good Foundation, as a contribution to reforestation and environmental protection.
Landscaping and Greening of the Centre
An annual employee volunteering activity focused on improving the outdoor environment of the Centre for People with Developmental Disabilities. Employees plant trees, shrubs, and other greenery to create a more pleasant and accessible space. The project is implemented in cooperation with the city's Public Greenery Service, which provides professional landscaping and maintenance expertise.
Kids Day
Kids Day is an open door event for employees’ children that, through office visits, creative workshops and educational activities - such as, in 2025. decorating birdhouses, making feeders, and creating artwork about protecting birds in urban areas encourages children to understand coexistence with nature, builds ecological awareness, supports the company’s ESG goals and demonstrates how play, creativity and shared experiences can help raise more responsible future generations and contribute to a city that respects its environment.
“Cap for Handicap” Initiative
An ongoing environmental and social responsibility initiative involving the collection of plastic bottle caps. Permanent collection boxes are available at the office, allowing employees to contribute continuously while supporting plastic recycling and the broader purpose of the “Cap for Handicap” initiative.
Ohrid Municipality (15 may) we donate and placed with the voluntary work, 30 eco bird houses to initiate awareness about climate changes and wide small bird population in Ohrid region , popular historic and UNESCO protected region .
In 2026, Viennalife organized a coastal clean-up activity as part of its commitment to environmental awareness and community engagement.

SIGMA Vienna Insurance Group in Albania organized a large-scale volunteer activity as part of the global “Social Active Day” initiative, engaging more than 50 employees in a dedicated effort to protect and maintain the environment in the Prespa Lake area. Under the motto “We Care. We Act. We Protect.”, participants contributed directly to the clean-up and preservation of one of the country’s most important natural ecosystems.
Awareness and Action for the Climate Crisis
As part of its commitment to environmental sustainability and social responsibility, Sigma VIG, aligned with ESG (Environmental, Social, Governance) objectives, organized a climate awareness activity on April 22, 2025, Earth Day, with students from “Sami Frashëri” High School and later "Çajupi" High School, in Tirana. The initiative focused on critical topics related to climate change and environmental protection.

In 2025, Viennalife supported sports through its sponsorship of the Aras Kargo Volleyball Team.
GPI Holding supported the Tbilisi International Festival of Literature, held from 17–23 September 2025. The festival brought together 19 authors from 15 countries, creating a platform for literary dialogue and cultural exchange. Organized by the Georgian PEN Center, the week-long program featured author talks, panel discussions, book presentations, and meetings with readers, promoting both Georgian and international literature.
Investing in Local Infrastructure — Sireți Municipal Bonds:
In September 2025, MOLDASIG invested in the first municipal bond issuance of the locality of Sireți, supporting the modernization of 7 km of local roads. This initiative reflects the company's commitment to sustainable community development and demonstrates how transparent financial instruments can generate real, local-level impact.
The Youth Sports Games
Starting in 2025, Wiener Städtische osiguranje, together with its parent company Vienna Insurance Group, became a partner of the Youth Sports Games, the largest amateur sports event for children and young people in Europe. Through this partnership, the Company placed a strong emphasis on disease prevention among young people and the promotion of active and healthy lifestyles. As part of its engagement, Wiener Städtische osiguranje supported the Wiener Städtische CUP, a handball competition within the Youth Sports Games in Serbia, aimed at encouraging participation in sports and promoting equal access to physical activity for children across the country. The initiative contributed to the development of values such as teamwork, discipline, and responsibility, while also raising awareness of the importance of healthy lifestyles and preventive health behavior.
Participation in archaeological excavations in Orozmani:
GPIH employees visited Orozmani and took part in the archaeological excavation process, including washing and cleaning artifacts. GPIH proudly supports these archaeological excavations. In the village of Orozmani, Dmanisi Municipality, an international archaeological expedition discovered a lower jaw tooth the 4th premolar of an early Homo in layers dated to 1.8 million years ago. The Orozmani discovery is of global significance and, together with Dmanisi, represents one of the earliest centers of human dispersal outside of Africa.
MOLDASIG Stands with Satoshi at Eurovision Song Contest 2026, Vienna:
In May 2026, MOLDASIG supported the Republic of Moldova's participation in Eurovision Song Contest 2026, providing health insurance for the entire delegation and special accident coverage for artist Satoshi. The partnership reflects the company's commitment to initiatives that promote national identity and back performance with real protection.

Community Engagement Through Sports
As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility activities, we regularly support and sponsor humanitarian sports races held in different cities across Bosnia and Herzegovina. These events bring together communities, promote healthy lifestyles, and contribute to important charitable causes. Our colleagues often actively participate in these races, demonstrating our shared commitment to social responsibility, solidarity, and making a positive impact in the communities where we operate.
Partnership between Vienna-Life and Schulheim Mäder / “Schnifisschnauf”
Since 2018, Vienna-Life’s “Schnifisschnauf” charity mountain run has brought employees, partners and local sponsors together to support Schulheim Mäder and contribute to meaningful projects such as the first barrier-free playground for children with disabilities in the state of Vorarlberg in Austria.
Collection of contemporary Serbian art
Founded in 2011 by Wiener Städtische osiguranje as part of the Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) strategy, Wiener ART is a corporate collection of more than 600 works of contemporary Serbian art. Through the collection, the company supports local artists, fosters contemporary artistic expression, and contributes to the cultural development of the community.
In 2025, Viennalife supported local sports development and community engagement through its sponsorship of Adanaspor, contributing to the promotion of sports and strengthening connections with local communities.

Through the “Verein der Freunde des Hauses der Barmherzigkeit in Wien”, employees of Vienna-Life contribute to an annual donation volume of approximately CHF 8,000, supporting an institution that provides care, dignity and quality of life for people with severe care needs, chronic illnesses and disabilities.
Children's Day Celebration, 1 June 2025, at "Hannah and Rozafa" Infant Home in Tirana
On the eve of International Children’s Day (June 1), the staff of Sigma Vienna Insurance Group (SIGMA VIG) came together in a heartfelt initiative to celebrate with those who need care and love the most – the children of the “Hannah and Rozafa” Infant Home in Tirana. This inspiring idea, initially proposed by several colleagues, was warmly embraced by the entire team.
Jingle & Mingle (Social Active Day) -
Jingle & Mingle (Social Active Day) is Wiener Insurance Croatia's annual Christmas charity fair, where employees sell homemade food, handicrafts, greeting cards and decorations they have created themselves. All proceeds are donated to charitable causes, encouraging employee engagement and community support.

An annual volunteering initiative that encourages employees to actively support local communities. Employees participate in volunteer activities, propose new ideas, and identify opportunities for community support, promoting solidarity, inclusion, and sustainable development.

Within Wiener Städtische osiguranje, the corporate volunteering program Social Active Day is implemented under the name Chain of Kindness. The program encourages employees to actively support their local communities by volunteering with organizations that provide assistance to vulnerable social groups. Each employee is entitled to dedicate at least one working day per year to volunteer activities.
In 2025, employees of Wiener Städtische osiguranje demonstrated their commitment to the community, environmental protection and humanitarian causes by taking part in 16 volunteering initiatives across Serbia. In recognition of its long-standing contribution to society, Wiener Städtische osiguranje is a proud recipient of the Benefactor Award.
The Company's commitment to social responsibility was also recognized within the Vienna Insurance Group. In 2025, Wiener Städtische osiguranje received the bronze Günter Geyer Award for Social Responsibility for projects implemented in 2024, together with a financial grant of EUR 20,000.
Long-standing support for Special Olympics Slovenia.
Our company supports Special Olympics Slovenia through an annual sponsorship agreement. This financial support contributes to the organization and execution of national sports events, championships, and other competitions, while also enabling athletes to participate in international events. In addition, our employees regularly volunteer at these events, assisting with organization, execution, and participant support on-site.
SIGMA VIG Supports Emerging Businesses Through the Women Startup Albania Program
Supporting women in entrepreneurship is widely recognized as an investment with a direct impact on a country’s economic and social development. For this reason, SIGMA Vienna Insurance Group (SIGMA VIG) has joined the Women Startup Albania program for the second consecutive year.
We organized Irao's charity Garage Sale:
A public charity event where employeesdonated and sold items, combining sustainability with social responsibility by giving pre-loved items a second life and directing 100% of the funds to support families and children in need.
Active participation in blood donation campaigns and environmental initiatives, encouraging employees to contribute to a healthier and more sustainable community.
We have a long-standing partnership with Dom Malči Beličeve in Ljubljana, a socio-educational facility for children and young people. For 2025, the children at the facility have once again created unique greeting cards for us to send to our employees on their birthdays.
Supporting the House of Opportunities through the Günter Geyer Award Fund
Wiener Städtische osiguranje supported the House of Opportunities program implemented by the Star Center, which provided young people leaving institutional care with a safe living environment and opportunities to develop essential life and work skills. The program helped beneficiaries prepare for independent living and strengthened their social and economic inclusion. In 2025, the Company provided support for the improvement of living conditions in Houses of Opportunities in Belgrade, Niš, and Kragujevac, as well as for the completion of a woodworking workshop in Melnica, Municipality of Petrovac na Mlavi. The workshop enabled young participants to gain practical skills, produce handmade items, and explore opportunities for social entrepreneurship, supporting their long-term economic independence.
Voluntary Blood Donation
The voluntary blood donation initiative is an important corporate social responsibility activity encouraging employees to donate blood during working hours with the benefit of a paid day off, thereby directly saving lives through a simple act of solidarity, strengthening a culture of humanity and care for the community, and, thanks to strong participation, expanding the initiative to regional offices through cooperation with local Red Cross donation events to make participation easier for all colleagues.
VIG-Supported Healthcare and Preventive Initiatives
In 2025, the majority shareholder of Vienna Insurance Group, Wiener Städtische Versicherungsverein – Vermögensverwaltung, supported the implementation of two socially responsible projects in Serbia with a total value of EUR 100,000. The initiatives focused on improving pediatric healthcare through the donation of 26 infusion pumps to the Institute for Health Protection of Children and Youth of Vojvodina, as well as on enabling free mammography screenings for women in smaller communities, in cooperation with the Institute of Public Health of Serbia “Dr Milan Jovanović Batut”. Wiener Städtische osiguranje acted as the local coordinator of these initiatives, supporting their implementation and promoting their visibility within the local community

Partnership with Mali zmaj - Wiener maintains a year-round partnership with the NGO Mali zmaj, supporting children from socially disadvantaged families through seasonal donation campaigns, including school supplies, Easter gifts and Christmas presents, with active involvement of employees.
Volunteer Club – Volunteer Day Through its Volunteer Club and Volunteer Day initiative, Wiener encourages employees to actively contribute to their communities by providing a paid volunteering day and supporting participation in community and non-profit projects.
Walking Challenge (Wien Wien Steps)
The Wien Wien Steps initiative is a simple yet impactful humanitarian program in which employees track their average daily kilometers throughout one month, and the Management converts each kilometers into a donation to a charity chosen by employees themselves, turning everyday movement into a tangible contribution to the community while encouraging healthier habits, fostering team spirit and motivating participation through symbolic rewards for the most active colleagues.

Social Active Day
In November 2025, we purchased all the necessary groceries and prepared a total of 377 meals for homeless individuals and socially disadvantaged members of the community. Our employees worked together on planning, cooking, and packaging the meals, ensuring that each portion was nutritious, warm, and prepared with care, in collaboration with a local volunteer organization dedicated to preparing and distributing hot meals within the community.
In 2025, Viennalife organized volunteer visits to animal shelters, providing support through donations, care activities, and initiatives aimed at improving the well-being of sheltered animals.
Holiday Gifts for Children in Pediatric Care
For Christmas 2025 Sigma VIG staff prepared dedicated gift packages for hospitalized children. Books serve as a powerful tool for inspiration, imagination, and personal development, especially during challenging times.
Pink October Awareness Initiative.
As part of the Pink October campaign, the company purchased handmade awareness pins created by children from SOS Village. This initiative supported breast cancer awareness while simultaneously encouraging children’s creativity and contributing to social inclusion and community support programs
Supporting Children with Special Needs and Abilities.
This project focused on supporting children with special needs and abilities by creating a more inclusive and supportive environment for their development and well-being. Through this initiative, we provided educational support, inclusive activities, and essential resources aimed at improving their daily lives, social participation, and self-confidence. This activity was successfully organized at the premises of the PAK Community Center, bringing together children, families, volunteers, and community members in a positive and collaborative atmosphere.
Charter Against Domestic Violence
Launch of an internal campaign and an awareness-raising seminar (over 140 participants), a charity breakfast to support a nonprofit organization assisting victims (over 70,000 CZK raised in total). Long-term communication on the topic and key statistics. Regular training for internal ambassadors; currently 19 female colleagues have been trained and are actively involved in offering support to colleagues facing this issue.

Initiatives fostering creative development and meaningful leisure activities for young people – a contribution towards funding a grand piano for the Franca Šturm Music School in Ljubljana. Talented students from the school enriched our New Year’s event for business partners with a selection of carefully curated performances.
GPI Holding was a proud supporter of the Legend Student Creative Writing Competition, an initiative dedicated to discovering and encouraging emerging young writers in Georgia. Over the years, many of the competition's winners have gone on to become successful and widely recognized Georgian authors. GPI Holding fully funded the competition's prize pool and presented the winners with their awards, reaffirming the company's commitment to supporting young talent and the development of Georgian literature.
ESG Academy -
The ESG Academy of the is an internal educational program delivered through five thematic modules designed to help employees understand sustainable development and the importance of integrating environmental, social and governance standards into everyday operations, corporate governance and strategic decision‑making, while strengthening a culture of responsibility and building a shared approach to the company’s sustainable future through regular Wednesday learning sessions.
Mentalna higijena is Wiener Insurance Croatia's flagship social responsibility initiative implemented in primary schools to promote children's mental well-being through education and emotional resilience. The initiative has since been expanded with activities designed to support parents, extending its impact to the whole family.
With the Healthy Children in a Healthy School project, which we have been implementing for 10 years and which has so far brought together more than 30,000 schoolchildren, parents, teachers, and teachers, we strive to make an active contribution to improving the nutritional, sports and other healthy lifestyle habits of elementary school students throughout Bosnia and Herzegovina. In the tenth season, we also included high school students in the project in order to increase the reach and effects of this socially responsible project.
Wiener Talents (Wiener talenti)
As part of the Wiener Talents program, Wiener Städtische osiguranje recognizes and rewards outstanding young talents from various fields across Serbia, including science, technology, arts, and sports. The program aims to support excellence in education and encourage the development of future generations by providing both recognition and financial support. In 2025, the program was dedicated to the students of the Mathematical Grammar School, honoring five exceptional students for their outstanding achievements at leading international competitions in mathematics, physics, chemistry, and informatics. Together, they achieved a remarkable number of medals at some of the world’s most prestigious Olympiads, confirming the school’s status as a center of excellence in education.
In cooperation with the international organization World Vision, we provide scholarships to hardworking and talented students from socially disadvantaged families (Guardians of Children's Dreams program).

Circle of Health (Krug zdravlja)
Circle of Health (Krug zdravlja) is a loyalty and benefits program for policyholders of voluntary health insurance, aimed at promoting preventive healthcare and healthier lifestyles. Through the digital portal krugzdravlja.rs, policyholders have access to educational content on disease prevention and healthy habits, as well as benefits such as free preventive medical examinations and discounts at partner healthcare institutions.
Search Inside Yourself – Emotional Intelligence Training
The interactive Search Inside Yourself training, originally developed at Google and grounded in mindfulness and neuroscience, offers employees a half day program with practical techniques for strengthening emotional intelligence, improving focus, managing stress and developing self awareness, thereby supporting personal growth, enhancing communication, enabling more effective collaboration and fostering a healthier work environment where individuals better understand themselves and others and can immediately apply their new skills in everyday work.

As part of its ongoing commitment to education and youth development, SIGMA VIG once again sponsored the annual educational excursion for students of the “Jashar Kola” School in Sopot. Book Club – Book Truck: Promoting Reading and Creativity Among Children
With the aim of being an active contributor to youth education and community awareness, Sigma Vienna Insurance Group (SIGMA VIG) continues to support initiatives that encourage learning, creativity, and cultural development among younger generations.
Throughout the year, our Recruitment team actively participated in university career events by delivering mock interview sessions, interview preparation trainings, and career development presentations, providing students with practical guidance on recruitment processes and effective interview techniques.
