Your Tasks

  • Independent tax support of national and international projects, in particular M&A transactions, reorganisations and Group-wide restructuring measures
  • Tax oversight of selected VIG countries, acting as the central point of contact for local Finance teams and as an interface to Head Office departments
  • Ongoing tax support for these entities in the context of tax reporting, tax-related matters, accounting for income taxes (IAS 12) and tax planning for IFRS group financial statements
  • Tax integration of newly acquired companies into the VIG Group and further development of existing structures
  • Active contribution to the implementation of the global minimum taxation framework (Pillar II) at Group level
  • Participation in digitalisation initiatives in the area of Tax Reporting and Transfer Pricing
  • Further development and harmonisation of Group-wide tax policies and processes
  • Monitoring of international tax developments and analysis of their impact on the Group, including the preparation of well-founded recommendations for management

Your Profile

  • University degree with a focus on tax law/accounting and several years of relevant professional experience; certified tax advisor qualification is an advantage
  • Strong understanding of current international tax developments (e.g. Pillar II)
  • Strong analytical skills, structured working style and confident communication with (international) stakeholders
  • Enjoy working in an international environment
  • Independent and self-reliant working style, high level of commitment and reliability
  • Very good German and fluent English skills (written and spoken); additional CEE language skills are an advantage

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 248,7 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
