Your Tasks
As part of the Digital Communication & Collaboration Platforms team, you will drive the strategic and operational development of the VIG Group’s digital communication – with a particular focus on innovation, efficiency and the structured use of AI
- Active and structured use of GenAI tools to create, optimise and scale communication content, as well as the further development of editorial processes through the targeted use of AI
- Content and editorial responsibility for the group-wide intranet, as well as the independent creation of text, image and video content
- Strategic development of the intranet as a central information and networking platform
- Design and implementation of new (interactive) formats to promote the exchange of experiences across the group
- Management and further development of VIG’s corporate LinkedIn presence
Your Profile
- Completed degree or completed qualification, or several years’ experience in the field of communications and media
- Expertise in using GenAI tools in a communications context; the ability to systematically integrate AI into workflows and make processes measurably more efficient
- Strategic thinking, with the ability to manage projects independently and proactively
- An eye for visual design and digital user guidance, and confidence in using image and video editing tools (Canva, Premiere Pro)
- Experience in managing company pages on LinkedIn
- Good technical understanding and strong digital aptitude
- Excellent teamwork skills, initiative, creativity and a strong ability to deliver results
- Very good written and spoken German and English

Our mission
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,153.16 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
