Your Tasks

  • First point of contact for VIG Group companies regarding the reporting of intra-group transactions, transfer pricing and monitoring of local compliance requirements
  • Support in the day-to-day operation of the group-wide database for reporting intra-group transactions and maintaining transfer pricing documentation
  • Assist in the analysis and evaluation of intra-group projects, including contributing to the definition and documentation of transfer prices within the VIG Group
  • Prepare, review and interpret financial and transactional data for transfer pricing documentation
  • Close collaboration with internal departments and Group companies in the context of tax audits and transfer pricing matters
  • Contribute to the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR) in line with OECD guidelines

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Law or Business Informatics
  • Initial relevant professional experience, ideally in international taxation or transfer pricing
  • Interest in developing practical solutions and working with modern IT tools
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Independent, structured and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good command of English (written and spoken); German is a plus
  • Proficient in MS-Office

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 353,17 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible. This is a parental leave replacement position.
