Your Tasks

  • Active governance of national and international subsidiaries and mandates (e.g. monitoring, data maintenance and reporting) as member of the Subsidiaries Management Team
  • Data analysis, database maintenance and development
  • Preparing of documents for Executive Board and Supervisory Board meetings
  • Drafting economic analysis
  • Preparing of documents and administrative support, in particular for annual general meetings and transactions
  • Answering enquiries on our portfolio companies
  • Ensuring a continuously up-to-date overview of shareholding structures, deadlines, timelines and reporting requirements

Your Profile

  • Completed business-orientated training and professional experience
  • Independent and precise way of working, quick comprehension skills
  • Analytical thinking, high ability to work in a team, ability to work under pressure and confident demeanour
  • Strong structuring and organisational skills with the ability to maintain oversight and ensure consistently high quality
  • Enjoy communicating in an international environment
  • Very good user-related IT skills (in particular MS Office, handling databases)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication in German and English

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,353.17 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
