Your Tasks
- Preparation of Excel spreadsheets, reports, and PowerPoint presentations
- Support in the planning and execution of M&A, financing, and cooperation projects, taking into account legal and economic framework conditions
- Assistance with various planning and research activities (e.g. start-ups, mergers and acquisitions)
- Updating data and preparing reports based on internal databases
- Standardization of existing reports
- Supporting project and investment managers
Your Profile
- Ongoing studies in Business Administration, Economics, or Business Law
- Professional experience, preferably in auditing, a business law firm, or a comparable role, is advantageous
- Very good MS Office skills; knowledge of SAP is an advantage (data entry and database queries)
- Experience in accounting or controlling, as well as a solid understanding of balance sheets and profit and loss statements, is an advantage
- Strong analytical thinking skills and a solid understanding of numbers
- Accurate and structured way of working
- Excellent German and good English language skills, both written and spoken

Our mission
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 1,659.51 gross (20 hours / week).
This part-time position is to be filled as soon as possible and is limited to two years.
