Your Tasks

  • Assist with reporting on company-specific topics (AI and sponsorship/donations) in close collaboration with the relevant departments at VIG Holding
  • Lead the Double Materiality Assessment (DMA)
  • Taking responsibility for process documentation and guidelines related to ESRS reporting
  • Contributing to the implementation of changes to reporting requirements resulting from the Omnibus Initiative
  • Contributing to other projects and tasks related to sustainability reporting (e.g., software implementation)

Your Profile

  • A degree in a relevant field, such as sustainability management, business administration, environmental sciences, or a comparable discipline
  • At least 2–3 years of professional experience in sustainability reporting, ideally in the context of CSRD or ESG reporting
  • In-depth knowledge of the European Sustainability Reporting Standards (ESRS) and the requirements of the Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD)
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, particularly in data preparation and analysis
  • Enjoy working collaboratively in a dynamic team and proactively contributing knowledge and ideas
  • Excellent written and spoken German and English skills

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,353.17 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
