Your Tasks
- Preparing quotes and drafting and processing insurance policies in all areas of transportation insurance
- Ongoing contract management, including contract amendments, endorsements, insurance confirmations, and settlements
- Supporting our underwriters in preparing quotes, underwriting risks, and managing the portfolio on an ongoing basis
- Direct contact with and service-oriented support for clients and brokers
- Reviewing and maintaining contract and risk data, as well as collaborating with internal departments and other stakeholders
Your Profile
- Completed business training (high school diploma level) or training or professional experience in the insurance industry, preferably in transportation insurance or the freight forwarding/logistics sector
- Independent, reliable, and conscientious work ethic with strong teamwork skills
- High level of motivation and initiative
- Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is a plus
- Proficiency in German and English

Our mission
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 2,362.00 gross on the basis of full-time employment (38,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
