Your Tasks

  • Supporting the member of the Managing Board in administrative and organizational matters together with a colleague
  • Independent completion of various tasks including travel management, filing organisation, appointment coordination and document management
  • Preparation, organization and follow-up of meetings in Austria and abroad
  • Independent preparation of documents and creation of presentations
  • Contact person for demanding business partners; handling internal and external correspondence, in German and English, if possible also in a CEE language
  • Competent point of contact within VIG (national and international), cooperation with various departments and support in cross-divisional projects

Your Profile

  • Several years of professional experience, preferably in a comparable position
  • Discretion, reliability, strong social and intercultural skills
  • High level of service and customer orientation
  • Independent, forward-thinking and precise way of working as well as a high level of initiative
  • Very good organizational skills and flexibility
  • Confident handling of MS-Office
  • Very good communication skills in German and English; knowledge of a CEE language is an advantage

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,248.7 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
