Your Tasks
Health is a strategic priority for us, and the health ecosystem holds particular significance within our Group. As part of a new group-wide programme, we will review, expand, coordinate, and strengthen our health-related projects and initiatives across all companies. To support this, we are establishing a dedicated team within VIG’s Innovation division in Vienna - and we are now seeking a (Digital) Health Programme Lead (all genders) to guide this important initiative.
- Building and leading a senior team, coordinating local contacts, and ensuring alignment across the Group
- Establishing and steering the group-wide health programme, including digital initiatives, projects and activities with local companies and the holding
- Managing stakeholders and securing commitment of more than 50 insurers and pension funds
- Developing structures, processes and standards for the implementation of (digital) health initiatives, while monitoring progress and reporting to the Executive Board and other relevant stakeholders
- Following market developments, identifying opportunities and partners, and fostering exchange of best practices within the Group and beyond
- Cooperating closely with ecosystem teams (mobility, housing, platforms) and external partners to strengthen synergies
Your Profile
- University degree in business administration, health economics, management or a related field
- Professional experience in the insurance industry and/or the health sector, preferably in a digital environment
- Professional experience in a leading strategy or management consultancy is highly desirable
- Sound knowledge of international programme and project management
- Strong communication and organisational skills with confident stakeholder management
- Intercultural competence and willingness to travel occasionally within the CEE region
- Very good command of English (spoken and written); German is a strong advantage

Our mission
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,910.79 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
