Your Tasks

  • Acting as the primary contact for the VIG Group companies on matters relating to the reporting of intra-group transactions, transfer pricing, and monitoring of local transfer pricing requirements
  • Contributing to the ongoing operation and further development of the group-wide database for reporting intra-group transactions and transfer pricing documentation
  • Supporting the analysis and evaluation of intra-group projects and participating in the determination of transfer prices within the VIG Group
  • Preparing, reviewing, and interpreting financial and transactional data for transfer pricing documentation.
  • Collaborating closely with specialist departments and group companies during tax audits and in addressing tax-related matters
  • Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local File, CbCR) in accordance with OECD guidelines

Your Profile

  • Completed university degree in Economics, Law, or Business Informatics
  • Initial relevant professional experience, ideally in international tax law or in the field of transfer pricing
  • Strong interest in developing practical solutions and applying modern IT tools
  • Excellent communication skills and a strong team-oriented mindset
  • Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
  • Very good command of English, both spoken and written; knowledge of German is an advantage
  • Proficient in the use of MS-Office applications

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 248,7 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible. This position is a parental leave cover.
