Your Tasks

  • Preparation and coordination of quarterly and annual financial statements: Take on a key role in the preparation and review of comprehensive Group financial statements for both the joint-stock company and the association
  • Support of Group companies in CEE: Act as the central point of contact and trusted advisor for our Group companies locally and abroad on all accounting-related matters, supporting them in optimising their financial processes
  • Specialist for consolidation topics: Perform essential tasks in debt, expense, and income consolidation and thereby make a significant contribution to the financial stability of the Group
  • Responsibility for consolidation tasks and IFRS topics: Independently manage selected consolidation activities and apply your expertise in IFRS in a targeted and effective manner
  • Preparation of internal reports and analyses: Develop and deliver precise and meaningful reports and analyses for internal stakeholders to support decision-making
  • Team player with additional responsibilities: Support the team with your expertise and take on flexible additional tasks as required
  • Maintenance and support of the IFRS Reporting Package: Ensure the accuracy and up-to-date status of the IFRS Reporting Package and provide ongoing support for its application

Your Profile

  • Completed degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a comparable qualification
  • Several years of professional experience in accounting, finance, or auditing - ideally within an international group environment
  • Sound knowledge of the preparation of consolidated financial statements and IFRS
  • Experience in working with consolidation processes
  • Strong analytical skills and a solid understanding of complex financial interrelationships
  • Very good communication skills and strong team orientation
  • Very good German skills (C1) and good English skills (minimum B2)

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 556,03 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
