  1. Strategic goal of the department
    We are committed to providing clarity, transparency and understanding in work processes, enabling the Group companies and their employees to achieve their goals more effectively.
  2. Core tasks:
    We coordinate and provide support in our three main topics:
    • Project management brings good ideas to life in an orderly manner
    • Process management aims to make daily work as smooth and easy as possible for colleagues
    • Productivity management leads to doing more with less
  3. Daily Business:
    • Project and Project Portfolio Management (PPM): Managing selected large-scale programmes and projects, monitoring the Group's overall project portfolio and coordinating the Group-wide project management community
    • Business Process Management (BPM):
    • Supporting the holding departments and all Group companies in business process management as well as in optimising and digitising processes
    • Productivity Management (PM): Tracking the financial impact of projects and process improvements as well as benchmarking the operational excellence of the Group companies

Key Qualifications

    Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, a structured and results-oriented style of working, and an entrepreneurial mindset


    • Experience in a range of projects and programmes with a focus on IT in the insurance or finance sector
    • Project management certification (PMI, IPMA, Prince2, Agile, etc.)
    • Above-average commitment and the highest demands on the quality of the results


    • Sound knowledge and several years of experience with BPM and ARIS (or a similar tool) desirable
    • Experience with projects related to process automation, RPA and the use of artificial intelligence
    • Excellent analytical skills, structured, independent and results-oriented style of working


    • In-depth knowledge and several years of experience in operational excellence projects, financial analysis desirable
    • Comprehensive understanding of economic relationships and excellent project management skills
