Core tasks: We coordinate and provide support in our three main topics:
Project management brings good ideas to life in an orderly manner
Process management aims to make daily work as smooth and easy as possible for colleagues
Productivity management leads to doing more with less
Project and Project Portfolio Management (PPM): Managing selected large-scale programmes and projects, monitoring the Group's overall project portfolio and coordinating the Group-wide project management community
Business Process Management (BPM):
Supporting the holding departments and all Group companies in business process management as well as in optimising and digitising processes
Productivity Management (PM): Tracking the financial impact of projects and process improvements as well as benchmarking the operational excellence of the Group companies
Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills, a structured and results-oriented style of working, and an entrepreneurial mindset
Experience in a range of projects and programmes with a focus on IT in the insurance or finance sector
