VIG considers the acquisition of a majority stake in NÜRNBERGER Beteiligungs-AG

VIENNA INSURANCE GROUP AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe (VIG) is participating in the process initiated by NÜRNBERGER Beteiligungs-AG (NÜRNBERGER) to find a strategic partner.

Today, VIG and NÜRNBERGER agreed to conduct an exclusive due diligence regarding VIG’s potential acquisition of a controlling majority stake of more than 50% in NÜRNBERGER.
