Major holdings notifications in the current and previous financial year are published below. In addition, major holdings notifications can be accessed via the OAM Issuer Info of the Austrian Kontrollbank (OeKB).
OeKB acts as the officially appointed mechanism for the central storage of regulated information in accordance with Sec 123 para 5 Austrian Stock Exchange Act (BörseG 2018). Regulated information have to be published in accordance with the EU directive on transparency 2004/109/EC by all issuers whose securities are admitted to trading on a regulated market. Issuers also submit regulated information in accordance with the Austrian Stock Exchange Act, Regulation (EU) 2017/1129, information according to Art 17 and 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and Art 2 and 6 of delRegulation (EU) 2016/1052.
