Donau Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group: Johanna Stefan to take over from Franz Kosyna on 1 Juni 2012
In today's meeting, the Supervisory Board of Donau Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group appointed Johanna Stefan to the positions of Chairwoman of the Managing Board and General Manager, with effect from 1 June 2012.
She will therefore take over from current General Manager Franz Kosyna, who from that point onwards will concentrate exclusively on his role as Deputy General Manager and member of the Managing Board of the listed Vienna Insurance Group. Peter Höfinger will focus – in his role as a member of the Managing Board of Vienna Insurance Group – on the expansion of the Group's business in future.
As of 1 June 2012 the Managing Board at Donau Versicherung AG Vienna Insurance Group will therefore be composed as follows:
General Manager Johanna Stefan, Chairwoman of the Managing Board
Roland Gröll, Member of the Managing Board
Robert Haider, Member of the Managing Board
