Your Tasks
In this role, you will join our Transformation & New Business department and support the further development of group-wide digital transformation initiatives within an international insurance group. Working closely with the Head of Transformation & New Business, you will collaborate with our insurance companies across the CEE region to translate strategic insights, benchmarks and best practices into concrete actions, scalable formats and impactful solutions.
The position combines elements of strategy consulting, transformation management and project execution, offering a high level of visibility, ownership and direct exposure to senior stakeholders.
- Support the further development of international digital transformation initiatives across insurance companies, including the translation of benchmarks into clear insights, priorities and concrete support measures
- Prepare and facilitate workshops with local insurance companies to discuss results, identify improvement areas and define next steps
- Provide selective, partnership-oriented support to insurance companies on digital transformation topics together with relevant internal and external experts
- Develop practical toolkits, playbooks, workshop materials and decision documents for digital transformation and enablement topics
- Support the development of knowledge content for internal platforms, portals, training and enablement formats
- Coordinate cross-functional projects with internal stakeholders, local insurance companies, expert teams and selected external partners
- Drive selected topics independently from initial structuring to concrete output, including stakeholder coordination, project management and decision preparation, in close cooperation with VIG Platform Partners where commercialization or rollout is relevant
Your Profile
- University degree and at least 3 - 5 years of relevant professional experience (e.g. strategy/management consulting, transformation, corporate development or project management), ideally with a strong business rather than purely technical focus
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills with a structured and solution-oriented approach
- Proven project management experience with a high level of ownership and execution focus
- Interest in digital transformation, benchmarking, organizational development and AI-enabled ways of working
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with senior stakeholders, local (insurance) companies and expert teams
- Fluent in English; German language skills are an advantage, willingness to travel within the CEE region

Our mission
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 668,49 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
