Your Tasks
- Develop and manage scalable, secure, and reliable group-wide cloud solutions based on Microsoft Azure for the VIG Group
- Design modern cloud architectures in collaboration with stakeholders, developers, and operations teams
- Take ownership of planning, designing, implementing, and operating cloud solutions
- Build and continuously enhance governance, security, and compliance policies
- Monitor performance and costs while ensuring a stable and efficient operation
- Implement and maintain Azure security measures, disaster recovery strategies, and solutions for system reliability and resilience
- Identify opportunities for improvement and innovation, particularly in the interaction between Azure and ServiceNow
Your Profile
- University degree in IT or equivalent technical education (e.g. HTL), plus several years of experience as an Azure Solution Architect or in a similar role
- In-depth understanding of Azure services (Compute, Networking, Storage, Security, Containers, Databases)
- Strong analytical skills and enthusiasm for solving complex technical challenges
- Confident appearance and clear communication with various stakeholders
- Certification as “Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert” is an advantage
- Experience with Terraform, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices is desirable
- Excellent command of English is a must; good German skills and additional CEE languages are an asset
- Willingness to travel occasionally (approx. 20%) within the CEE region

Our mission
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 60.000,--. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
