Your Tasks
- Further development and management of governance structures for process and project management at holding and group level
- Maintenance, updating and harmonisation of the holding company's governance documents in close coordination with the group companies
- Advising and supporting local management in the further development of their own governance structures and processes
- Active support and further development of the international process and project management community
Your Profile
- Degree in economics, management or a comparable field
- Several years of experience in process, project and programme management, ideally in the insurance or finance sector
- Knowledge of governance and control structures as well as methodological expertise in process and project management
- Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented approach to work, and strong communication skills
- Very good German and English skills, other CEE languages are an advantage
- Willingness to travel

Our mission
Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3,556.03 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
