Your Tasks
- Active support of the IT transformation and implementation of the operating model through clear governance, decision-making and accountability structures
- Design, further development and operational embedding of an integrated GRC framework
- Development, maintenance and implementation of policies, standards and processes to ensure compliance, transparency and audit readiness
- Early assessment of technological and regulatory developments (e.g. AI, cloud, EU regulations) and translation into governance, risk and policy enhancements
- Coordination and support of IT-related internal and external audits, including steering and tracking of findings and remediation measures
- Close collaboration with Compliance, Enterprise Risk Management and Information Security as a central interface within the GRC environment
- Promotion of a sustainable risk and compliance culture and advisory support for management and business units on GRC-related topics
Your Profile
- Completed degree, preferably in computer science, business law or a comparable qualification
- Proven professional experience in IT governance, compliance or policy management, ideally within a corporate or group environment
- Governance-related certifications such as COBIT, ITIL or ISO are an advantage
- Strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with a clear understanding of governance as an enabler for transformation and innovation
- High level of personal responsibility, strong execution capabilities and the ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and target-group-oriented manner
- Structured and analytical working style with strong communication and implementation skills and a high level of quality awareness
- Very good German and English skills; any other CEE language is a plus

Our mission
The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least EUR 53.802,--. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
