Your Tasks

You will contribute to the actuarial and reporting processes of the VIG Group, with a focus on life and health insurance as well as on the further development and application of actuarial models across the Group.
Your responsibilities cover a broad range of activities, including:

  • Supporting the development and regular enhancement of the actuarial model in Prophet
  • Providing expert support to our insurance companies in applying the Prophet model (methodology, model setup, best practices, updates)
  • Validating and interpreting expected cash flows in accordance with IFRS 17 and Solvency II
  • Acting as an internal consulting partner for our insurance companies in CEE on various actuarial and business-related topics
  • Participating in cross-functional projects at Group level
  • Conducting ongoing performance analyses, identifying optimisation potential and preparing management reports to support decision-making processes

Your Profile

  • University degree in Actuarial Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics or a comparable field
  • Several years of professional experience (minimum 5 years) in actuarial modelling using Prophet
  • Strong team orientation and excellent communication skills, particularly when dealing with complex topics
  • Strong analytical mindset, a holistic perspective and a results-oriented way of working
  • Very good command of German and good English skills, both written and spoken

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 556,03 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37,5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
This full-time position is to be filled as soon as possible.
