Your Tasks

  • Active participation in the design and further development of the compliance management system at Group level
  • Monitoring the legal environment, analyzing changes and communicating them to the affected divisions and companies
  • Collaboration in the creation of comprehensive Group-wide and internal guidelines in line with current compliance standards, particularly in the areas of data protection, FATCA and asset management compliance
  • Processing inquiries on various compliance topics, including data protection, document governance and FATCA
  • Assisting with the identification and assessment of compliance risks
  • Assisting with the implementation of training programs to raise awareness of compliance issues and promote adherence to guidelines

 

Your Profile

  • Degree in law or business law
  • At least two years’ professional experience, ideally at a law firm or in a compliance/law department at a company
  • Reliable approach to work, willingness to work independently, and analytical mindset
  • Strong willingness to learn, dedicated, and good team player
  • Excellent German and English skills, knowledge of an Eastern European language an advantage

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3.436,86 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
