Your Tasks

  • Active participation in the design and further development of the compliance management system at Group level
  • Monitoring the legal environment, analyzing changes and communicating them to the affected divisions and companies
  • Assisting with the creation of comprehensive Group-wide and internal guidelines in line with current compliance standards, particularly in the areas of international sanctions, money laundering prevention and the prevention of market abuse
  • Providing advice on various compliance issues, including in the areas of international sanctions, prevention of money laundering and prevention of market abuse
  • Assisting with the steering and monitoring of Group companies in the implementation of Group-wide compliance standards
  • Assisting with the implementation of training programmes to raise awareness for compliance topics and to promote compliance with legal, regulatory and internal requirements

 

Your Profile

  • Completed studies in the field of law or business law
  • At least 2 years of professional experience, ideally in a law firm or in a compliance/legal department of a company
  • Previous knowledge in the areas of international sanctions and/or money laundering prevention is an advantage
  • Reliable and independent way of working, analytical thinking skills
  • High willingness to learn and be a team player
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, knowledge of an Eastern European language an advantage

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 138.19 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
