Your Tasks
- Development and implementation of IT governance structures to ensure that all business activities comply with applicable legal, regulatory, and internal requirements
- Conducting IT risk analyses, developing risk management strategies and plans
- Ongoing review of IT compliance
- Creation, updating, and auditing of IT policies
- Identifying potential improvements in IT GRC processes and procedures, as well as developing and enforcing optimization measures
- Conducting internal IT compliance and IT risk management training sessions
- Advising management on the implementation of IT governance and IT compliance measures
Your Profile
- A completed degree, ideally in Computer Science, Business Law, or a comparable field of study
- At least three years of relevant professional experience in the GRC field
- Solid knowledge of project management as well as proficiency in MS Office and GRC tools
- Governance certifications such as COBIT, ITIL, or ISO 38500 are a plus
- Strong organizational skills, along with a proactive and independent work approach
- Excellent communication skills combined with assertiveness and conflict resolution abilities
- Very good proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken
- Willingness to travel within the CEE region (20%)

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least € 55,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
