We do not take a balanced gender distribution at management level, equal income opportunities and diverse career opportunities for everyone lightly. For us, these are special priorities. We also attach great importance to solutions that make it possible to successfully combine work and family life. For this reason, we offer flexible working time models and hybrid work as well as a family week. We thereby support all family structures with additional days off after the birth of a child. A women's network for employees of Austrian VIG companies is used for networking and providing information.

WE STAND WITH DIVERSITY
For the fifth time already, the consulting company Boston Consulting Group (BCG) has published the BCG Austria Gender Diversity Index. And we received the "Diversity All-Star" award and 79.4 out of 100 possible points.
Naturally, we are very pleased about this, because we strive to meet all requirements and to become better every day. In its study, BCG analyses the 50 largest listed companies in Austria every year. The proportion of women on the management board and supervisory board and their remuneration compared to their male colleagues are decisive for their performance in the index.
