Strategic goal of the department
Managing capital assets for optimal increases in value with regard to risk aspects and capital investment.
Core tasks:
- Analysing, evaluating and further developing the strategic asset allocation of the VIG Group and its companies
- Further developing and refining the investment process and standards
- Managing the portfolio and developing investment proposals
- Regularly analysing investment structures and financial results for the Group and the individual companies
Daily Business:
- Monitoring the international capital markets
- Assessing existing investments and possible alternatives
- Conducting exchange with Group companies and holding departments

Key Qualifications

Business degree (focusing on capital markets and financing) or corresponding practical experience
Strong interest in investment instruments and capital markets
Commitment and flexibility
Structured, independent and solution-oriented style of working
Analytical and conceptual skills as well as holistic, structural thinking
Intercultural competence, experience in CEE countries an advantage
Knowledge of an Eastern European language an advantage
Excellent English language skills
