Strategic goal of the department
Boosting cross-border know-how exchange as well as intensifying cooperation between VIG companies located in the same country.
Core tasks:
- Raise awareness of CO³ topics and projects in the VIG companies. And make these visible through targeted communication
- Creation of new CO³ formats for networking
- Strategic planning of external and internal VIG communication activities
- Media work: press conferences, press releases, interviews
- Management and development of digital VIG channels, e.g. Group-wide intranet, websites & social media
- Management of analog and digital advertisement materials
- Coordination of marketing agendas for VIG Holding
Daily Business:
- Management and support of CO³ topics
- Media relations together with our VIG companies
- Answering press enquiries, preparation and realisation of interviews, press conferences and press releases
- Media monitoring
- Creation of internal communication formats
- Exchange with the marketing and communication teams of our companies
- Content creation and management of all digital VIG channels
- Brand management and ensuring compliance with the corporate design

Key Qualifications

Degree or experience in communication, marketing, project management or/and business development
Affinity for digital platforms
Confident writing style
Expertise in and affinity for social media
Experience in working with creative and media agencies
Excellent written and spoken German and English
Communicative, precise, structured and independent style of working
High level of commitment, stress resistance and ability to work well in a team
