Strategic goal of the department Our focus is on the financial closing process of relevant Group systems and the corresponding support and project management in the CFRO area. In order to achieve the various objectives, the area is divided into two departments: Finance Operations & Processes and Quantitative Reporting.
Core tasks: Developing processes and systems for financial reporting in order to work more reliably and faster, with less manual effort
Further developing employees responsible for financial reporting
Developing the Group to promote the knowledge and skills of employees in local insurance companies
Conducting regulatory and internal reporting including first-level support
Handling IFRS 17/9 Group-wide coordination and project management
