Your Tasks
- Supporting the VIG Board with insights, based on pragmatic generation and analysis of operational and financial KPIs
- On-demand enforcement of benchmark tests for members of the VIG Group and leading in-depth reviews for value chain elements
- Conducting ongoing meetings with management board as ambassador of the VIG operational excellence strategy
- Building a community consisting of VIG experts and share best practices and challenges
Your Profile
- Finance degree with interest in the International Insurance Sector
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in finance desirable
- Enjoys international cooperation
- Precise, solutions-driven approach and hands-on mentality
- Strong professional demeanor and skilled cross-cultural communicator
- Highly resilient and able to perform under pressure
- Excellent written and spoken German and English, knowledge of a CEE language is an advantage
- Willingness to travel

Based on the legal requirements, we inform about the monthly minimum salary according to the collective agreement of EUR 3 167,16 gross on the basis of full-time employment (37.5 hours / week). Of course, the remuneration package is market-compliant. It is important to us that your salary is based on your qualifications and experience, therefore we will discuss the salary together in a personal interview.
