Your Tasks

Work closely with Service Owners and Group Competence Centers (GCCs) to design, improve and maintain the CDC service architecture and processes
-
Advise local units on integration design, answer questions and resolve issues
-
Design and maintain customized service solutions for specific units in collaboration with service owners, GCCs and local teams
-
Support the annual planning process by contributing to the idea collection and design of the improvement roadmap and spin-off projects

Manage CDC user and authorization processes to ensure secure and smooth access

Monitor CDC test cases and oversee testing for service enhancements, upgrades and new unit launches
Your Profile
-
Degree in computer science, business informatics, information security or a comparable qualification
-
Several years of professional experience in IT security architecture or cybersecurity solutions, ideally within a Cyber Defense Center or Security Operations Center; experience in regulated industries such as insurance is an advantage

Sound knowledge of IT security frameworks, tools (e.g. SIEM, SOAR) and process management

Basic understanding of IT software, IT infrastructure, networks and end-user solutions
Structured and team-oriented way of working with a high level of initiative and flexibility as well as a hands-on mentality -
Very good written and spoken English; knowledge of German desirable; other CEE languages an advantage
Willingness to travel in the CEE region (approx. 25%)

The annual gross salary (full-time) for the position is at least € 70,000. Do you have extensive experience and expertise? If so, we're happy to offer a salary above this amount in recognition of your qualifications.
