  1. Strategic goal of the department
    This department defines the corporate strategy at personnel level and creates an optimal working environment and a healthy space for development for the people in the VIG Group.
  2. Core tasks:
    • Systematically designing processes and providing HR management services
    • Designing framework conditions and joint learning processes at VIG
    • Recruiting, retaining and further developing qualified employees
  3. Daily Business:
    • Designing and coordinating development measures
    • Optimally filling positions with professionally and personally qualified people
    • Ensuring the required legal/contractual basis for HR work

Key Qualifications

  • Business or legal studies, psychology, pedagogy, human resources management, etc.
  • Structured, independent and solution-oriented style of working
  • Hands-on mentality and flexibility
  • Interest in the insurance business
  • Open, team-oriented and communicative personality
  • Excellent German and English skills
