Vienna Insurance Group in Slovakia: Klaudia Volnerová is appointed Kooperativa's new Chief Financial Officer
With effect from January 2011, the supervisory board of Kooperativa poist'ovňa a.s. has appointed Klaudia Volnerová (59) to the company's management board. As Chief Financial Officer, she will have responsibility for the divisions of finance and accounting, controlling and investment. She succeeds Gabor Lehel, who will focus on the Hungarian market in the future.

Mrs. Volnerová will manage her executive portfolio with experience, and will make a major contribution to the continuing successful development of our largest Group company in Slovakia", comments Günter Geyer, CEO of Vienna Insurance Group and Chairman of the supervisory board of Kooperativa, on the appointment of Volnerová.
Klaudia Volnerová has worked for Kooperativa for 14 years, most recently managing the whole finance division. Previously she was director of the accounting department. Before joining Kooperativa she was director of accounting at Slovenská poist'ovňa. After graduating from business school, Klaudia Volnerová started her professional career in the fields of bookkeeping, accounting and controlling, and has over 25 years' experience in the insurance industry.
