A leap to the top
Gold for Vienna Insurance Group (VIG)! After receiving silver in the previous three years, VIG as the leading insurance company in Austria and Central & Eastern Europe, reached the top of the insurance industries for the first time in this year’s BEST RECRUITERS study. In the study’s cross-sector rating of 412 Austrian companies, VIG received the excellent 24th place.
Birgit Moosmann, Head of VIG Human Resources department, was very pleased to receive the gold medal: “We are very proud of having moved up to 1st place. BEST RECRUITERS is the largest recruiting study in the German-speaking region. This was the eighth year in a row that the recruiting quality of Austrian companies was assessed. Online recruiting presence, online job ads, treatment of applicants and feedback practices were some of the areas of personnel recruiting examined by the study. BEST RECRUITERS awards gold, silver and bronze certificates to companies displaying a high level of professionalism.
