P for Planning Processes


  1. Strategic goal of the department
    This department controls the VIG Group according to targets.
  2. Core tasks:
    • Organising the planning process for the insurance companies and VIG Holding
    • Supporting the Management Board in the operational management of the local Group companies
    • Monitoring the performance of local Group companies
    • Creating standard reports, key figures and planned/actual deviation analyses
    • Improving data quality
  3. Daily Business:
    • Preparing informative documents for the planning and forecasting of the insurance companies and the entire VIG Group
    • Conducting periodic analyses of VIG insurance companies with regard to their overall development
    • Coordinating data and content with VIG Holding departments
    • Preparing market reports

Key Qualifications

  • Business degree
  • Professional experience in insurance and/or business an advantage
  • Understanding of IT, knowledge of SAP and PowerBI an advantage
  • Team and communication skills
  • Entrepreneurial thinking, analytical ability and a high affinity for numbers
  • Commitment, flexibility and resilience
  • Precise way of working and sense of responsibility
  • Excellent English language skills
  • Experience in CEE countries and knowledge of an Eastern European language an advantage
